The All-Ukrainian Trade Union of Defenders of Ukraine continues to support those who are most in need of warmth and care during the terrible times of war. Members of the Trade Union visited orphanages in the Kyiv region, as well as families raising orphans and half-orphans in the metropolitan areas.

Trade union members handed over food packages, household items, and — most importantly — attention and sincerity, which children are so lacking in these difficult times. Separately, members of the Kyiv Regional Organization of the Defenders of Ukraine visited the families of fallen soldiers, because the well-being of their children is our shared responsibility. They are growing up in the shadow of a great loss, and therefore our support must be constant, as a sign of respect and gratitude for the sacrifice of their parents.
“Our mission is to be there not in words, but in deeds,” says Rakhim Babayev, deputy chairman of the All-Ukrainian Trade Union of Defenders of Ukraine, briefly and to the point.
