The main objective of the document is to create proper conditions for obtaining quality education and retraining for servicemen, veterans, and their family members. Thanks to the college’s educational programs and short-term courses, they will be able to gain new knowledge, relevant professional skills, and expand employment opportunities.

It is worth noting that, with the active involvement of the Trade Union, a Veterans Development Center has already been opened at the College, which has become a hub of support and education for military personnel and their loved ones. Educational courses are already being implemented, including Ukrainian language classes for legionnaires, and soon a course in Ukrainian sign language will begin for women servicemembers and family members of military personnel.

Sofiya Cherepanova emphasized:
“The signing of this Memorandum is an extremely important step, as it opens new educational opportunities for servicemen, veterans, and their families. We strive to ensure that each of them has access to quality education and retraining, as this provides confidence in the future and helps successfully realize themselves in civilian life. At the same time, this document is a testament to our joint work with the educational community — only together can we create a space of knowledge, support, and new prospects for the defenders of Ukraine and their loved ones.”

“Together, we create new opportunities for veterans!”
