At the Veteran Development Center of the Kyiv Professional College of Applied Sciences, established with the support of the All-Ukrainian Trade Union of Defenders of Ukraine, a working meeting was held between the women’s wing of the Trade Union and the management of the educational institution.
The purpose of the meeting was to summarize the results of the first important stage of cooperation within the framework of the signed Memorandum—the successful completion of the course "Fundamentals of Ukrainian Sign Language.” The participants of the course were members of the women’s wing of the Trade Union: combat veterans, women veterans, as well as wives of active-duty service members and those who gave their lives for Ukraine’s independence.

During the meeting, Hanna Shchutska, Director of the College, presented Sofiia Cherepanova, Deputy Chair of the All-Ukrainian Trade Union of Defenders of Ukraine and a participant in the course, with a certificate confirming the successful completion of the discipline.

The implementation of this project became another step in the systematic work of the All-Ukrainian Trade Union of Defenders of Ukraine aimed at supporting, developing, and expanding opportunities for the veteran community. We thank everyone involved for this important work!
