Today, Deputy Heads of the All-Ukrainian Trade Union of Defenders of Ukraine, Yevhen Skulysh and Sofia Cherepanova, held a working meeting with the team of the charitable project of the Ruslan Shostak Foundation, “HeroCAR.”

The main topic of discussion was the presentation of the Foundation’s new project, “HERO MOVE AUTO.” Its goal is to restore freedom of movement for veterans with disabilities through the implementation of accessible vehicle adaptation solutions.
The project includes:
🔹 full support for veterans — from the initial consultation to receiving state compensation;
🔹 support at all stages of vehicle adaptation;
🔹 the possibility of completing procedures on behalf of the veteran.

Following the meeting, the parties agreed to establish a joint working group for further cooperation. The group will work on creating a unified support mechanism for veterans in obtaining state compensation and adapting their personal vehicles in accordance with Resolution No. 1442 of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine (January 2026).
