The Mykolaiv Regional Organization of the All-Ukrainian Trade Union of Defenders of Ukraine, represented by its Head, Oleksandr Rusnak, and his advisor, Kateryna Srebniuk, visited the St. Nicholas City Geriatric Home of Mercy, where elderly people, including persons with disabilities, reside.
The guests were warmly welcomed by the staff of the institution, led by Director Volodymyr Yakivlevych Vlasov. He spoke about the daily life of the residents, their needs, and the challenges they face. The Director emphasized the importance of public attention and support.

During the visit, representatives of the Trade Union delivered warm clothing, personal hygiene products, and disinfectants to the residents — all generously provided by the "Zavzhdy Poruch" (“Always Nearby”) Foundation. This assistance became a gesture of care and genuine support for people who need special attention, respect, and care.
“We consider it our moral duty to help those who need support and care. Our work is based on humanity, mutual assistance, and compassion. We thank all our partners and people of goodwill who join these important initiatives. Together, we are building a society where everyone feels valued and protected,” emphasized Oleksandr Rusnak.
