The main goal of developing international contacts is to familiarize with the foreign experience of trade union work, to strengthen solidarity on issues of protecting the rights of military personnel, and to enhance international understanding and cooperation.

During the meeting with colleagues from Sweden, it was agreed to develop unified approaches of trade unions regarding the representation and protection of the labor rights of union members, to conduct joint trade union seminars, to exchange experiences on motivating trade union membership, to implement programs for the socio-economic protection of union members, sports work, as well as general issues concerning the development of the international trade union movement.
