The Lviv Regional Organization of the All-Ukrainian Trade Union of Defenders of Ukraine is opening new opportunities for veterans through cooperation with the Lviv State University of Internal Affairs.

Yes, at the Lviv State University of Internal Affairs, a bilateral Memorandum of Cooperation was signed. The signatories were Serhii Leichenkov, head of the Lviv Regional Organization of the Trade Union, and the University’s rector, Police Colonel Dmytro Shvets.

Also joining the meeting were the university’s vice-rector, Colonel Serhii Pysarevskyi, and the head of the sports-patriotic society “SHKVAL,” Pavlo Hladysh.

The parties agreed to deepen cooperation in several key areas, including:
– promoting employment of veterans of the Russian-Ukrainian war;
– training instructors for the Barrier-Free Driving School operating at Lviv State University of Internal Affairs (LvDUVS);
– implementation of initiatives for the development of veteran sports;
– organizing military-patriotic events for the university youth.
