A meeting of the Odesa Regional Organization of the All-Ukrainian Trade Union of Defenders of Ukraine, including athletes and sector workers, was held at the Odesa Regional Military Administration, during which a new head of the regional organization was elected.

The delegates unanimously supported the candidacy of Serhii Bratchuk, Head of the Public Council at the Odesa Regional Military Administration and a veteran of the Russian-Ukrainian war, who has proven himself to be dedicated and selfless in service to both his comrades and the state.

During the meeting, the First Deputy of the Regional Military Administration, Oleksandr, addressed the delegates, emphasizing the importance of the trade union movement among Ukraine’s defenders and the potential for collaboration on veterans’ employment. Serhii Bratchuk also spoke to the participants, expressing gratitude for their support and stressing that the trade union movement is a collective effort and team work, for which everyone must be prepared, as Ukraine’s future depends on these joint actions.

The election of the new Head of the Odesa Regional Organization of the All-Ukrainian Trade Union of Defenders of Ukraine was congratulated by the Union’s Head, Serhii Byzov, who emphasized that leadership is not only about trust but also about responsibility and a willingness to make personal sacrifices.
