The Kyiv Regional Organization of the All-Ukrainian Trade Union of Defenders of Ukraine, represented by its Head Rakhim Babaiev, and the Kyiv Regional Organization of the Trade Union of Workers of Housing and Communal Services, Local Industry, and Consumer Services of Ukraine, represented by its Head Svitlana Lebedieva, signed a Memorandum of Partnership

This document certifies the parties’ readiness for interaction on the principles of social partnership, voluntariness, equality, and mutual respect. Its main goal is to coordinate efforts in the field of health improvement, rehabilitation, and social support for workers of the communal sector, servicemen, veterans, their families, and children affected by the war.

Already in July, the first joint step within the framework of the new partnership will take place — the utility workers of the Kyiv region are providing an opportunity for free recreation for the children of servicemen at the children’s camp “Vodohrai.” This step is an expression of care for the families of defenders and a real implementation of the principles of the Memorandum.
