Consistent protection of the labor, social, and professional rights of Ukraine’s defenders is impossible without full participation in social dialogue. That is why the confirmation of the representativeness of the All-Ukrainian Trade Union of Defenders of Ukraine is an important step that strengthens its ability to advocate for the interests of its members at the national level.

The Head of the National Mediation and Conciliation Service, Dmytro Kukhniuk, presented Certificates of Confirmed Representativeness to three nationwide sectoral trade unions, including the All-Ukrainian Trade Union of Defenders of Ukraine. In accordance with the procedure established by law, the Trade Union successfully confirmed its compliance with the representativeness criteria at the sectoral level. This officially recognizes its right to participate in collective bargaining for the conclusion of sectoral and intersectoral agreements, represent and protect the rights and legitimate interests of workers, as well as delegate its representatives to social dialogue bodies.

Obtaining the Certificate is not only an official confirmation of the Trade Union’s status but also the result of systematic work aimed at protecting the rights of servicemen and women, veterans, athletes, workers in various sectors, and their families. This achievement opens new opportunities for strengthening cooperation with state authorities, developing social partnership, and effectively advocating for the interests of members of the All-Ukrainian Trade Union of Defenders of Ukraine.
