The Head of the Federation of Trade Unions of Ukraine, Serhii Byzov, paid a working visit to Mykolaiv, where he met with the activists of the Mykolaiv Regional Organization of the All-Ukrainian Trade Union of Defenders of Ukraine.
During the meeting, the Head of the Regional Organization, Oleksandr Rusnak, presented the trade union hub opened for veterans, servicemen, and their families. In this space, everyone in need can receive clothing, footwear, hygiene products, food packages, and other necessary assistance.
“We created the hub as a place where everyone can feel support and care. It is important for us that the trade union stands by people in the most difficult moments of life,” emphasized Oleksandr Rusnak.

Serhii Byzov highly appreciated the work of the regional organization and emphasized the importance of such initiatives for the entire trade union family:
“The All-Ukrainian Trade Union of Defenders of Ukraine sets an example of effectiveness and unity. It is not only about protecting rights, but also about providing daily assistance to those who need it most. The experience of Mykolaiv should be extended to other regions as well.”
In addition to the hub presentation, during the visit, further plans for the development of the Trade Union of Defenders of Ukraine in the Mykolaiv region were discussed, including expanding cooperation with local communities and supporting warriors and their families.

The All-Ukrainian Trade Union of Defenders of Ukraine consistently demonstrates that the strength of the trade union movement lies in solidarity, joint actions, and concrete results that change people’s lives every day.
