The Kharkiv Regional Organization of the All-Ukrainian Trade Union of Defenders of Ukraine has signed a Memorandum of Cooperation with the National Technical University “Kharkiv Polytechnic Institute”.

This is not just a document — it is a tangible step toward creating systematic support for trade union members, including veterans, athletes, and their family members. The partnership with KhPI opens up opportunities that are hard to overestimate:
— access to modern sports and wellness facilities;
— development of physical and psychological rehabilitation programs;
— opportunities for education, retraining, and professional development;
— participation in joint social, educational, and sports projects.
Currently, both parties are already working on launching the first rehabilitation program at the “Unbroken Waves” pool — a comprehensive recovery initiative designed to help our defenders and trade union members regain strength, health, and confidence after service or injuries.

“At a time when thousands of Ukrainian servicemen are returning from the front, and many are undergoing treatment and recovery, such partnerships become extremely important. This is about care, humanity, and responsibility toward those who defend Ukraine. Together with NTU ‘KhPI,’ we are creating an environment where every trade union member can receive support, development, and new opportunities. We do not work with words — we work through actions. And every action brings us closer to a stronger and more resilient Ukraine,” commented Serhiy Mokreiev, Head of the Kharkiv Regional Organization of the All-Ukrainian Trade Union of Defenders of Ukraine.
