Recently, members of the All-Ukrainian trade union of Defenders of Ukraine, sportsmen and sphere workers,<\/strong> led by Serhiy Byzov, had the opportunity to participate in the second Congress of Veterans and Business Associations, which was held to achieve a common goal - cooperation between veterans and entrepreneurs.

The event was held with the participation of the Coalition of Veterans' Associations<\/strong> led by Serhiy Pozniak, Chairman of the Association of ATO Veterans Entrepreneurs<\/strong> and Coalition of Business<\/strong> Communities for the Modernization of Ukraine<\/strong>, which includes 97 organizations and the Chairman of the Coalition Council, Andriy Dligach.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The main idea behind the creation of such important events: \"We have to show our ability to business, veteran communities and trade unions to adapt veterans to civilian life faster, to help veterans restore or launch their own businesses for the first time,\" said Andriy Dligach.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

They also talked about the resumption of the \"Manifesto 42 initiative<\/strong>\", a project aimed at investigating signs of crimes related to the violation of Article 42 of the Constitution of Ukraine, namely the maintenance of a register of persons who exert illegal pressure on Ukrainian business. Government policy should take into account the voice of everyone, because this is the only way to build an economically strong and developed country.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Serhiy Bizov<\/strong> Chairman of the All-Ukrainian Trade Union of Defenders of Ukraine, Athletes and Workers of the Spheres<\/strong>, spoke about what was achieved in a fairly short time after the reform on the basis of our trade union in 2023: \"Today, our organization has 11 thousand<\/strong> civilians, 15 thousand<\/strong> veterans and 60 thousand<\/strong> active military personnel. Over the past year, we have:<\/p>\n\n\n\n

- one and a half thousand rehabilitation courses were held at the expense of the trade union, which amounts to UAH 42 million<\/strong>;<\/p>\n\n\n\n

- 600 <\/strong>social benefits were paid;<\/p>\n\n\n\n

– 240<\/strong> people were employed.\"<\/p>\n\n\n\n

He also took the opportunity to announce an initiative to be implemented on July 19. It was about an event where the keys to new apartments will be handed over to veterans who are members of the trade union<\/p>\n\n\n\n

An important step for us is to maintain a balance in the joint representative body to prevent a monopoly in decision-making. Representing the interests of the military, who will eventually return to civilian life and become ordinary employees, it is important for us to preserve the foundation, namely clear laws that will regulate the legal relations between employees and employers.<\/p>","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
