At the introductory session, participants studied the basic principles of general management theory. They discussed how decisions are made, how feedback works, and why management is not just about power, but above all about responsibility. The lecturers were Yuriy Dumansky, Deputy Head of the All-Ukrainian Trade Union of Defenders of Ukraine, and Oleh Kasyan, First Deputy Head of the Zaporizhzhia Regional Organization of the Trade Union.<\/p>\n\n\n
