{"id":3253,"date":"2025-08-12T14:37:27","date_gmt":"2025-08-12T14:37:27","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/profzah.com\/?p=3253"},"modified":"2025-08-12T14:37:28","modified_gmt":"2025-08-12T14:37:28","slug":"czentr-veteranskogo-rozvitku-nova-tochka-opori-dlya-zahisnikiv-ta-zahisnicz","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/profzah.com\/en\/czentr-veteranskogo-rozvitku-nova-tochka-opori-dlya-zahisnikiv-ta-zahisnicz\/","title":{"rendered":"The Center for Veteran Development is a new point of support for Defenders\u2014both men and women."},"content":{"rendered":"<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">At the Center for Veteran Development of the Kyiv Professional College of Applied Sciences, which was opened in December 2024 with the participation of the All-Ukrainian Trade Union of Defenders of Ukraine, a working meeting was held on the development of the Trade Union\u2019s gender policy and the inclusion of family members of veterans and families of fallen Defenders of Ukraine\u2014particularly women\u2014in educational programs.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The meeting was attended by the Deputy Heads of the All-Ukrainian Trade Union of Defenders of Ukraine, Sofiia Cherepanova and Rahim Babaiev, women's wing activist of the Trade Union Yevheniia Shendera, and the Head of the Center, Ihor Panchenko.<br>Special attention was given to the formation of women\u2019s training groups in the following specialties:<br>\u2013 hairdressing art;<br>\u2013 footwear design and manufacturing;<br>\u2013 basics of design and technology of accessory manufacturing, and more.<\/p>\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-image\">\n<figure class=\"aligncenter size-large is-resized\"><img fetchpriority=\"high\" decoding=\"async\" width=\"860\" height=\"1146\" src=\"https:\/\/profzah.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/08\/photo_2025-08-12_17-31-36-1-edited.jpg\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-3263\" style=\"width:358px;height:auto\" srcset=\"https:\/\/profzah.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/08\/photo_2025-08-12_17-31-36-1-edited.jpg 860w, https:\/\/profzah.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/08\/photo_2025-08-12_17-31-36-1-edited-225x300.jpg 225w, https:\/\/profzah.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/08\/photo_2025-08-12_17-31-36-1-edited-768x1023.jpg 768w, https:\/\/profzah.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/08\/photo_2025-08-12_17-31-36-1-edited-9x12.jpg 9w\" sizes=\"(max-width: 860px) 100vw, 860px\" \/><figcaption class=\"wp-element-caption\">From left to right: Sofiia Cherepanova, Rahim Babaiev, and Yevheniia Shendera.<\/figcaption><\/figure>\n<\/div>\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">\u201cI am proud that our Trade Union participated in the implementation of this project. This Center is more than just an educational initiative aimed at supporting defenders\u2014both men and women\u2014and their family members. It is a responsibility for their well-being in the new life \u2018after,\u2019 with respect for their honor and dignity. During the discussions, an agreement was reached to establish the volunteer mission \u201cDefender\u2019s Assistant,\u201d which will involve specialists providing massages to prevent protrusions and bedsores.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">We don\u2019t stop!
