A three-day seminar-training organized by the Federation of Trade Unions of Ukraine took place in Kyiv, aimed at improving the effectiveness of trade union organizations, developing communications, implementing modern technologies, and strengthening trust in the trade union movement.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The program of the event was clearly structured and rich in practical content. The first day was dynamic and focused on communication\u2014participants received a substantial amount of useful information and tools for effective interaction. The second day was more systematic and technical, covering the use of artificial intelligence in trade union activities, as well as presenting a modern software solution for their work. The third day focused on psychology, teamwork, and a deeper understanding of human motivation.<\/p>\n\n\n

Oksana Palagecha, an activist of the Women\u2019s Wing of the All-Ukrainian Trade Union of Defenders of Ukraine and Deputy Head of the primary organization of Defenders of Ukraine in Kyiv, took part in the training.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

According to Oksana, one of the key topics that united the participants was the challenge of attracting new members to trade unions: \u201cToday, many people do not trust trade unions and do not see the value in membership. That is why a large number of questions during the training focused on how to effectively engage people and convince them of the importance of the trade union movement.\u201d
She also emphasized that the training provided many practical recommendations that can be applied in daily activities. At the same time, the experience of international experts, while interesting, is not always fully adapted to Ukrainian realities.<\/p>\n\n\n
