Today, an art therapy session on neurographica was held in the capital, organized by the All-Ukrainian Trade Union of Defenders of Ukraine together with the Centralized Library System of Kyiv\u2019s Pechersk District. In a warm atmosphere of support and mutual understanding, the event brought together women from the families of Ukrainian defenders, as well as those involved in volunteer activities.<\/p>\n\n\n

Neurographica is a modern art therapy method that combines drawing, psychology, and the principles of neuroplasticity. The practice involves creating smooth lines and shapes that help reduce stress levels, discover inner resources, overcome psychological barriers, and open new ways of solving life situations.<\/p>\n\n\n

The session was conducted by Olena Smal, Head of Library No. 150 of the Centralized Library System of the Pechersk District, a psychologist and neurographica specialist, who has extensive experience in facilitating creative practices and helps participants achieve inner balance and harmony through art.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Deputy Head of the All-Ukrainian Trade Union of Defenders of Ukraine, Sofia Cherepanova, also joined the event. She is an initiator of expanding such sessions for women affected by the trauma of war.
\u201cSuch events are an extremely important component of psychological support for the families of military personnel and all those who have experienced internal distress due to Russian aggression. Neurographica not only helps reduce stress levels but also contributes to restoring inner balance, strengthening a sense of community, and finding new meanings even in the most difficult periods of life,\u201d Sofia emphasized.<\/p>\n\n\n
