On 2 September, the day when all schoolchildren went to school, the youth organisation of the All-Ukrainian Trade Union of Defenders of Ukraine, Sportsmen and Workers of the Spheres joined a training event aimed at sharing experiences, learning new things and helping the military.

The training programme began with a roundtable discussion entitled ‘Everything for Victory. Experience of the military and help from nuclear scientists’. Serhiy Byzov, Chairman of the All-Ukrainian Trade Union of Defenders of Ukraine of Athletes and Workers of the Spheres, spoke at the roundtable: "Today, we are not just members of a trade union federation, we are united as a nation“.

After the speeches, each participant had the opportunity to ask questions and join the discussion of further plans for the development of trade union activities. This format allowed the participants to exchange views, share their experiences and find new ways of cooperation.

The training event lasted for several days and was filled not only with informative lectures from invited experts and active communication with foreign participants, but also with various sports activities such as yoga classes, a hike around the white lake and additional water activities.

We should not forget about those who defend our country, which is why the organisers, through a lottery, opened a collection for our military, in which we also took part.

We are sincerely grateful to the organisers of the event - the Atomprom Youth Organisation - for their warm welcome and excellent organisation. These few days were not only an opportunity to gain new knowledge and skills, but also a chance to make new friends and establish useful contacts.
